Six Newly Appointed Ambassadors Present Credentials

The distinguished diplomats included H.E. Mr. Yusuf Burak Rende, Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye; H.E. Dr. Senator Kwabla Yawlui, High Commissioner of the Republic of Ghana; H.E. Mr. Baisnab Charan Pradhan, Ambassador of the Republic of India; H.E. Vice Admiral (Rtd.) Pankyu Kim, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea; H.E. Mr. Hiroshi Yoshimoto, Ambassador of the Republic of Japan; and H.E. Mr. Luc Briard, Ambassador of the Republic of France.

President Bio warmly welcomed the diplomats and reaffirmed Sierra Leone’s dedication to fostering meaningful partnerships that advance mutual interests. He emphasized the critical role of diplomacy in promoting peace, development, and economic growth.

“Sierra Leone is committed to being a reliable partner in the global community as we collectively work towards addressing various challenges and strengthening bilateral relations,” President Bio stated.

Speaking during the ceremony, the Ambassadors commended President Bio for his leadership and expressed their commitment to enhancing diplomatic relations. They highlighted the importance of fostering mutual benefits and deeper ties between Sierra Leone and their respective nations.
