The SLPP ideology, as envisioned by our founding fathers, is rooted in sacrifice, service, and unwavering commitment to the people. In case we have forgotten too soon, our journey toward power for the nationโs greater good came at a high cost. We lost dedicated party faithful like Azizi Carew and Hon. Musa Tamba Sam, while others endured unjust imprisonment on politically motivated charges. Yet, through resilience and loyalty to our partyโs ideals, we remained steadfast in our pursuit of a better future for our country.
The SLPP founding fathers built this party on the pillars of unity, wisdom, and strategic leadership. As we navigate the challenges ahead, I respectfully urge our elders and all members to uphold these values in addressing internal concerns. Public discord only weakens our collective strength and risks undoing the progress we have worked tirelessly to achieve. The SLPP has always thrived on discipline, foresight, and a shared visionโprinciples that must guide us now more than ever.
The SLPPโs strength has always been its unity and dedication to the nationโs progress. Let us work together with patience, understanding, and a firm commitment to strengthening our party. If we remain united in purpose, we will not only preserve the legacy of our founding fathers but also continue moving forward for the good of our country.
